Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Operations, Fraud Operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading operational improvement or transformation programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using operational data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another highly regulated environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple complex initiatives effectively
