Risk Performance Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise goals, the full-time Risk Performance Analyst will manage interdepartmental risk tracking, engage stakeholders for alignment, and provide performance reports on client initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and reporting of strategic projects involving interdepartmental risks
- Conduct analyses and reporting to identify trends and performance metrics across clients and initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with various departments to collaboratively address risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or 2 years in Analytics, Finance, or Business Intelligence
- Strong data science skills using SQL, R, Python, or SAS
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Domo
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
