Risk Prevention Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Risk Prevention Analyst, the full-time remote position will provide operational risk assessments, leverage fraud mitigation tools, and support clients and internal staff on fraud detection and prevention strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fraud strategies using transaction data and advanced analytics tools to mitigate losses
• Coordinate tasks within the Risk Analytics team, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and quality standards
• Consult with external clients and internal staff on fraud detection matters, writing rules and creating custom solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Five years of experience in the financial services industry
• Three years of professional experience in risk analytics or fraud services
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
• Knowledge of fraud detection tools and metrics
