RMA Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end RMA process for data center components, the full-time remote RMA Coordinator will oversee returns, vendor coordination, and spare parts inventory management while collaborating closely with technical teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the RMA process for servers and data center hardware, including initiating returns and tracking repairs
• Act as the primary liaison among data center technicians, supply chain, and vendors to coordinate RMA authorizations and shipments
• Maintain accurate RMA records in CRM/ERP systems and produce regular reports on inventory and RMA performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing RMA processes in a high-tech or data center environment
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRM and ERP systems
• Strong vendor management experience, including OEM RMA processes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple RMAs concurrently across global regions
• Experience with inventory management systems and asset tagging is strongly preferred
