RMS Implementation Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation of business solutions, the remote RMS Implementation Analyst will manage the configuration, training, and adaptation of core software for agencies while ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and train users on core software solutions
- Set goals and expectations for configuration timelines with customers
- Track and report customer progress to the internal project group
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Law Enforcement RMS experience required
- Knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle databases and scripting preferred
- Experience with SSRS report writing and Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Familiarity with public safety workflows and software preferred
