RN Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support patient education and therapy navigation, the part-time RN Clinical Operations will provide telephonic clinical assessments and education to patients and caregivers, working remotely with a flexible schedule of two 10-hour shifts per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers
• Identify patient needs related to therapy use and escalate concerns appropriately while documenting interventions accurately
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical team members to support patient care needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of residence required
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred
• Ability to obtain additional single state licenses as needed; unrestricted multi-state compact nursing license preferred
