RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator for a full-time remote position, who will manage the quality assurance review of peer review reports, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements while applying clinical expertise beyond direct patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with standards
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by clear, evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
• Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active nursing license (RN, LPN, or LVN) required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications
• Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
