RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time RN Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure the quality and integrity of Peer Review case reports while working remotely from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM EST, adhering to client agreements and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Active RN/LPN nursing license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related medical experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
