Job Summary
To support individuals facing complex health conditions, the part-time RN Clinical Sales Specialist will conduct outbound calls to educate patients on healthcare solutions and guide them toward scheduling appointments with partner physicians, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, providing empathetic patient education on innovative healthcare solutions
- Follow IRB guidelines and clinical messaging protocols while maintaining a warm, supportive tone
- Manage patient data across web-based clinical software while engaging with patients on the phone
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license or equivalent clinical/medical professional background
- High-speed internet (minimum 25+ Mbps download recommended) and a quiet, private home office
- Prior experience in patient advocacy, telephonic triage, or customer care is preferred
