Job Summary
Utilizing clinical expertise to educate and support healthcare professionals, the full-time RN Clinical Trainer will develop and deliver engaging training content in a remote setting, focusing on enhancing clinical knowledge and operational practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content for physicians and clinical team members
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing coaching and support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare operations and education
Required qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in the Emergency Department
- Experience in developing and delivering educational materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
