RN Faculty Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Faculty Instructor Pre-Licensure Health and Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and provide engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
• Facilitate student communities and offer one-to-one virtual coaching to support student goals
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through participation in faculty development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing with active, unencumbered RN licensure
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in Acute Care: Medical/Surgical, including 1 year of online teaching
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in assigned content or practice areas
• Willingness to travel up to 20 percent
• Preferred: Terminal degree and experience with distance education
