RN Licensed Clinical Service Lead

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day clinical service workflows, the full-time RN Licensed Clinical Service Lead will ensure service-level agreements and quality standards are met while serving as an operational point of contact for external partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of clinical service workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational deliverables
• Coordinate case assignments and outreach activities to support timely and high-quality care delivery
• Prepare and deliver operational reports on service performance and workflow status to leadership and external partners

Required qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in a compact licensure state, or MA Certification
• Experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM, PCM, APCM)
• Strong operational and workflow management skills in clinical environments
• Ability to balance hands-on production work with oversight responsibilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing and internal contexts
