RN Medical Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the post-market device portfolio, the contract Medical Reviewer will perform medical assessments, review and process adverse event reports, and ensure compliance with global regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and assess complaints and reports related to medical device adverse events
• Maintain understanding of medical device risk management regulations and support audits and inspections
• Mentor and coach Medical Device Safety staff on safety activities and facilitate cross-collaborative relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, BSN, BS, or Engineering; candidates with relevant medical device experience may be considered
• 4-7 years of medical device safety experience
• Current RN licensing is required
• Proficiency in PC applications (Windows, Word, Excel) and EDMS systems
• Ability to critically evaluate medical data and present findings effectively
