Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Health QA Supervisor - RN.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the review of Physician reports and medical records for accuracy and completeness
- Supervise QA staff, manage the File Review Board, and ensure timely processing of files
- Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and process
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure required
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry knowledge required
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
