RN Supervisor - Care Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Registered Nurses and Care Coaches in a fully remote capacity, the temporary RN Supervisor - Care Management will oversee daily operations, drive performance metrics, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while fostering employee development and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of RNs and Care Coaches, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage performance metrics, providing coaching and support to enhance productivity and quality outcomes
• Facilitate employee development initiatives, including onboarding, mentoring, and performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, care management, or a contact center environment
• Preferred experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or managed care populations
