RN Telephonic Case Manager
Job Summary
To support the recovery of injured workers, the full-time RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage case strategies through telephonic assessments, advocating for effective medical treatment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate the injured worker's needs and treatment progress
- Build relationships with clients, injured workers, and medical providers to facilitate communication and care coordination
- Identify and address issues related to delayed recovery and negotiate treatment plans to ensure timely medical recovery
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred
- Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
