RN Telephonic Case Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate effective recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess overall recovery of disabled persons through interviews and modify case goals based on progress
- Independently manage a portfolio of cases, prioritizing effectively and preparing status updates for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
