RN Triage Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical consultation team, three full-time RN Triage Nurses will triage calls, assess patient needs, and provide care advice remotely while promoting effective treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process to triage calls and assess patient needs
• Evaluate treatment alternatives and refer patients to appropriate care levels
• Maintain quality assurance standards and serve as a resource for team members

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active unrestricted RN compact licensure required
• Two (2) years of recent clinical practice experience
• Proficiency in multiple computer applications
