Job Summary
Seeking a technically sharp and performance-driven Roblox Developer, the full-time remote position will design, develop, and optimize high-quality Roblox experiences while collaborating with game designers, artists, and engineers to create engaging gameplay for top-tier brands.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality Roblox experiences using clean and efficient Luau code
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to translate visions into engaging, data-driven gameplay
- Own development cycles from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and brand requirements
Required qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of development experience on the Roblox platform, including 4+ years of programming in Luau
- Advanced proficiency in Roblox Studio and the Roblox API, including object-oriented programming and performance optimization
- Strong working knowledge of Roblox DataStores and efficient data handling techniques
- Proficiency with GitHub and Rojo for collaborative coding workflows
- Proven ability to deliver consistent experiences across PC, mobile, and console platforms
