Job Summary
Designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, the full-time RPA Engineer will enhance business process efficiency and accuracy in a remote work environment while managing the full RPA lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and manage RPA solutions to improve business process efficiency and accuracy
- Support the full RPA lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance automation performance
Required qualifications
- B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. in a relevant field
- Three to ten years of directly related experience, including three or more years with major RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or Certified ScrumMaster
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages and tools including SQL Server, Python, and cloud environments like Azure
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, or structured software development methodologies
