Job Summary
Processing release of information requests, the full-time ROI Medical Records Specialist will ensure accuracy and compliance while providing high-quality customer service in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete release of information requests by retrieving and scanning medical records accurately
- Validate requests and authorizations for compliance with established procedures and HIPAA regulations
