Responsible for processing release of information requests, the full-time ROI Medical Records Specialist will ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

- Completes and validates release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Performs quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing
- Provides excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns proactively
Required qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
