Job Summary
To support the Army National Guard's Combat Readiness Exercise Program, the full-time Rotation Director with Secret Clearance will manage service delivery and rotational training operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and coordinating training initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Directly support the Program Manager by ensuring service delivery aligns with contract and funding requirements
- Organize and coordinate planning and production of all contract support for rotational training operations
- Serve as the primary liaison during training cycles and facilitate after-action reviews to provide lessons learned
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in a related technical/business field
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance
- 10-12 years of related work experience, including project management on similar projects
- Experience at the LTC-/GS-14-Senior Analyst equivalent or higher level with US Army National Guard or FORSCOM Brigade Combat Teams
- Former Battalion Commander with brigade-level staff experience in the US Army National Guard or United States Army
