Routing Specialist
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Routing Specialist will manage order preparation for routing, communicate with locations and customers to enhance delivery efficiency, and send essential reports while adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare orders for routing and determine optimal truck space utilization based on delivery demands
- Communicate with locations and customers to address needs and verify delivery addresses
- Review working and pending orders to ensure appropriate actions are taken and assist with scheduling open orders
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- Strong general computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
