To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time RPA Developer will design, develop, and maintain automations using UiPath while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support unattended bots to improve process efficiency and reliability
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development, including building or supporting unattended bots
- Hands-on experience with UiPath
- Experience working with process owners and gathering requirements from business users
- US citizenship
