Job Summary
Designing and deploying automation solutions, the full-time RPA Developer will translate business process requirements into technical designs, test and validate bots, and monitor automation performance in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business process requirements into technical designs and build workflows using approved RPA platforms
- Test, debug, validate, and deploy bots to production while ensuring stability and security
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and update workflows as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Three (3) or more years of experience in developing, testing, deploying, or supporting software automation
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise RPA platform and programming or scripting languages
- UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable RPA certification preferred
- Experience with APIs, databases, source control, and agile delivery methods preferred
