SaaS Implementation Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the implementation of PlotBox and its integration with Oracle NetSuite, the part-time contract Client-Side SaaS Implementation Project Manager will manage governance, stakeholder coordination, and vendor oversight while ensuring effective execution and business readiness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project management lead for the PlotBox implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration initiative
- Provide governance, vendor oversight, and independent review of project plans, milestones, deliverables, and risks
- Coordinate internal business stakeholders and oversee legacy data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise software implementations
- Experience managing SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business application deployments
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven expertise in data migration oversight and business process transition initiatives
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities
