SaaS Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for Regions Bank, the full-time remote Head of SaaS Operations will manage the go-live process, ensure service readiness, and establish a repeatable operating playbook while coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational owner and customer contact for Regions Bank, ensuring accountability and effective communication
• Lead the go-live and stabilization efforts, including conducting dress rehearsals and coordinating responses to critical issues
• Create and document an operating playbook to standardize processes and facilitate scaling across the Americas region

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in enterprise or banking technology operations, particularly during implementation and go-live phases
• Strong customer-facing judgment and ability to build trust in high-pressure situations
• Experience in coordinating incident response and operational risk management across multiple teams
• Understanding of SaaS, application, and infrastructure to effectively engage technical specialists
• Experience in developing operational standards or playbooks for scaling across customers or regions
