Job Summary
Owning a production SaaS platform across Azure and AWS, the full-time remote SaaSOps Engineer will manage infrastructure code, build deployment pipelines, and lead incident responses while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and change Azure and AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Respond to incidents, fix root causes, and document RCAs for production systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a cloud engineer managing production workloads on Azure or AWS
- Proficiency in deploying and changing production infrastructure with Terraform through CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing PowerShell automation for production environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, including backups and performance troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to carry production on-call and conduct thorough incident analyses
