Job Summary
Owning a production SaaS platform across Azure and AWS, the full-time remote SaaSOps Engineer will manage infrastructure code, build deployment pipelines, and respond to incidents while collaborating with engineering, support, and security teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and change Azure and AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Provision, upgrade, and manage customer environments while ensuring operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a cloud engineer managing production workloads on Azure or AWS
- Proficient in deploying and modifying production infrastructure with Terraform through CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing PowerShell automation for production environments
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, including backups and performance troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to handle production on-call duties and write detailed root cause analyses
