Job Summary
Owning a production SaaS platform across Azure and AWS, the full-time remote SaaSOps Engineer will build and change infrastructure using Terraform, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage customer environments while responding to incidents and writing root cause analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Build and change Azure and AWS infrastructure in Terraform
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Carry on-call responsibilities, responding to incidents and documenting root cause analyses
Required qualifications
- 5+ years as a cloud engineer running production workloads on Azure or AWS
- Experience deploying and changing production infrastructure with Terraform through CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation used in production
- Experience managing SQL Server or Azure SQL in production environments
- Demonstrated ability to carry production on-call and conduct root cause analyses
