SAFe Agile Trainer
Job Summary
To drive Agile transformation within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, the full-time Agile Trainer will design and deliver impactful training sessions, facilitate workshops, and coach teams and leaders, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging Agile-aligned training sessions and workshops for various stakeholders
- Navigate teams and leaders through Agile implementation to improve delivery flow and business outcomes
- Deliver SAFe certification courses and assess team Agile maturity to develop tailored learning paths
Required Qualifications
- Active SAFe Certification(s) - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- 3+ years of hands-on Agile work experience in a practitioner role within a SAFe environment
- 2+ years of experience delivering Agile or SAFe training to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, including PI Planning and ART execution
- Ability to coach in the moment during trainings on Agile best practices
