Job Summary
Leading the delivery execution across Agile Release Trains, the full-time remote SAFe Certified Agile PMO Leader will manage a team of Release Train Engineers and Technical Project Managers, ensuring integrated planning, risk management, and governance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery execution and governance across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Drive integrated planning and coordinate delivery execution across cross-functional teams
- Establish visibility into program-level risks, dependencies, and issue management
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of program, portfolio, or large-scale delivery management experience
- 5+ years working within Agile and SAFe delivery organizations
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification required
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Experience integrating responsible AI, security, privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements into delivery governance
