SAFe Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
Supporting the Chief Engineer and Agile Coach, the full-time remote SAFe Certified Scrum Master will lead team ceremonies, facilitate continuous improvement, and remove impediments in a multi-cloud operations environment for the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead team in executing Continuous Flow/Kanban or planned sprint activities
- Facilitate all team ceremonies and use metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Provide timely status, risk, and dependency reporting to management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
- SAFe 6 Leading SAFe and Scrum Master certifications
- Significant knowledge of DevSecOps methodology and cloud environments
- Experience working as a Team Coach or Scrum Master within the SAFe Framework
- Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required
