Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time SAFE Licensed Loan Officer will work remotely to educate clients on reverse mortgage options, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored financial solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their financial needs
- Educate retirees and their families on Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM)
- Close deals and negotiate terms to meet client objectives
Required qualifications:
- Valid SAFE and State license or certification preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
