SAFe Scrum Master
Job Summary
Serving multiple Agile teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), the full-time Scrum Master will ensure alignment with SAFe principles and federal contract requirements while facilitating team ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate SAFe and team-level ceremonies, including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to support PI Planning and manage dependencies
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, track Agile metrics, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
- 1+ years of hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting PI Planning
- Hands-on experience using Jira in an Agile environment
