Safety Systems Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Safety Systems Specialist will manage database activities including configuration management, issue resolution, and data migrations while providing technical expertise on pharmacovigilance systems, particularly the Argus Safety database.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance systems and application integrations
- Lead project kick-offs for client enterprise creation, validation, and configuration, gathering functional and technical requirements
- Support the configuration, validation, and upgrades of the Argus MASTER tenant enterprise and associated systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with pharmacovigilance systems in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment
- Experience supporting the Oracle Argus Safety system and application integrations
- Proficient in SQL and/or PL/SQL skills
- Experience with system validation and compliance with global regulations
