Sage 100 Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Guiding mid-market and enterprise B2B clients through the end-to-end implementation of integrated payment solutions within Sage 100 environments, the remote Sage 100 Implementation Manager will lead client onboarding, serve as a technical expert, and manage multiple implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end B2B client ERP implementations of integrated payment solutions within Sage 100 and other ERP environments
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Sage 100 integrations and provide technical consultation throughout the implementation process
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining accurate updates across project management systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Sage 100 implementation, integration consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with Sage 100, including familiarity with AR and Sales Invoice modules
• Exposure to additional ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Technical understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and integration workflows
• Experience with ticketing and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Quickbase or similar)
