Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Sage HCM Consultant will lead client implementations and provide ongoing functional and technical support for Sage HCM solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or support Sage HCM implementations, including client discovery sessions and system configuration
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for existing Sage HCM environments
- Train clients on Sage HCM functionality and develop client-specific documentation and procedures
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Sage HCM or comparable HCM/HRIS solutions
- Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into system configurations
- Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and support requests simultaneously
