Sage Intacct Consultant
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Sage Intacct Consultant will manage software implementation and provide technical support, ensuring successful client engagement from setup through post-go-live phases.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist clients in managing and implementing Sage Intacct according to established methodologies
- Analyze, document, and configure system requirements while developing test scripts and training end-users
- Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to process improvements and documentation
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with ERP software consulting/implementation, preferably with Sage Intacct
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong aptitude for ERP software products and an accounting background
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Familiarity with standard office software, including Office 365 and ticketing systems like ConnectWise is a plus
