Sage Intacct Manager
Job Summary
To support the construction vertical, the full-time Sage Intacct BT360 Manager will manage software implementation projects and ongoing client support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful adoption while working remotely or onsite in various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Sage Intacct software, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Monitor and respond to customer technical issues, providing high-quality service and support
- Conduct training for end-users and document business requirements into configurable software solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS, with a foundational understanding of accounting concepts
- At least 3+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry, including operational/reporting requirements and terminology
- Sage Intacct Implementation Certification or Sage Intacct Construction Implementation Consultant Certification Package
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data mapping, integration, and migration
