SailPoint Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects, the remote contract SailPoint Delivery Manager will oversee project execution, manage customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with various teams to achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, and escalations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organization
• Minimum 3+ years of project management or delivery management experience
• Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
