SailPoint Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects, the full-time remote SailPoint Delivery Manager will manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experience while serving as a key liaison among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, issues, and escalations
• Monitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organization
• Minimum 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience
• Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
