SailPoint Product Lead

Job Summary

Leading the vision and delivery of enterprise identity governance capabilities, the full-time remote SailPoint Product Lead will manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive product strategy within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and manage the requirements backlog for SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Drive product strategy and feature prioritization while ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and technology teams
• Shape the long-term identity governance strategy and support cloud transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eleven years related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with eight years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with six years of relevant experience
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and identity governance
• Proven product ownership skills including requirements gathering and product specifications development
• Experience integrating IdentityIQ with target systems and managing stakeholder communications
• Knowledge of access governance, compliance, and audit processes
