Sales Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing customer relationships remotely, the full-time Sales Account Manager will focus on profitability and customer satisfaction while providing insights on market developments and supporting account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer requirements and project portfolios to identify new opportunities
• Negotiate product changes and manage pricing and order collection from customers
• Support strategic business planning and handle customer claims and feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills with direct customer interaction experience
• Knowledge of LEONI products and processes is preferred
