Sales and Marketing Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing commercial organization, the remote Fractional Recruiter, Sales and Marketing will source and build candidate pipelines for sales, account management, and marketing roles while managing candidate communication and providing market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build candidate pipelines for assigned sales and marketing roles
• Screen candidates and present a qualified shortlist based on established criteria
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling through to the offer stage

Required qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting primarily for sales roles, with some marketing recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to commit 30+ hours per week on a consulting or contracting basis
• Active candidate network within the United States or Europe
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making
• Preference for individual recruiters rather than agencies
