Sales Application Engineer
Job Summary
To provide quotation support and develop new offers for medium voltage drives, the full-time remote Sales Application Engineer will prepare detailed engineering proposals, interpret client specifications, and ensure compliance with commercial requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Timely preparation of detailed engineering proposals for the medium voltage drives product line
- Accurately interpret client specifications to produce compliant technical proposals and identify suitable alternatives
- Act as a single point of contact for customers and sales representatives, leading bid reviews and sales handover meetings
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field with a successful track record in proposal development
- Extensive knowledge in medium voltage inverter products and organizational business practices
- Strong skills in communication and organizational change
- Experience with tools for proposal development
