Sales Assistant

Job Summary

To support business owners and sales leaders, the part-time remote Sales Assistant contractor will manage lead qualification, CRM hygiene, outbound prospecting, scheduling, proposal support, and client onboarding in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads for qualification and ensure same-day responses to prevent leads from going cold
• Maintain accurate CRM records and identify workflow gaps to ensure pipeline integrity
• Research and execute outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified conversations and manage scheduling for sales calls

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar revenue-facing role
• Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline without needing detailed instruction
• Experience with CRM management and lead qualification in fast-moving environments
• High standards for accuracy and professional communication with clients and prospects
• Proactive approach to executing tasks and managing responsibilities
