Job Summary
To drive Unified Sales renewals and new contract opportunities for Education and Nonprofit customers, the part-time remote Sales Assistant 3 will engage in customer conversations, execute deals, and collaborate with internal teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers to introduce Unified solutions and drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns
- Apply Microsoft's sales process to assess opportunity quality and manage deal execution in partnership with account managers
- Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers through demos, quotes, and strategic conversations
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and Mandarin is required
- Experience supporting sales or customer success outcomes with quantified results
- Ability to work independently and manage a book of business effectively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including social selling
- Flexibility to support Japan as needed, including occasional off-hours work
