Sales Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Lead Business Consultant - Sales Cloud will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities, collaborating with architects and fellow consultants to deliver solutions that enhance customer adoption and platform consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce capabilities based on approved designs and establish user access and workflows
• Conduct testing, validation, and iterative solution refinement while assisting with customer workshops and demonstrations
• Lead client calls as the primary point of contact, managing agendas and ensuring clear communication of project status and action items

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce configuration and implementation experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Sales Cloud configuration experience
• Ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts effectively
• Experience with Salesforce workflows, permissions, reports, and user management
• Basic experience with data migration or deployment tools (e.g., Copado, data loaders)
